All Righteous Felon products are made using Roseda Farm Black Angus Beef, grown locally about 70 miles southwest of West Chester in Monkton, Maryland.
Roseda cattle grow up grazing in lush green pastures and are free of added growth hormones and antibiotics.
Righteous Felon's collaboration with Baby Blues BBQ of University City, Philadelphia, produces a sweet and spicy jerky smothered (and covered) in Baby Blues' Sweet Kick BBQ, their signature house sauce that features a diabolical blend of chipotle, habanero, cayenne, and serrano peppers. When the initial sweetness subsides, delicious heat finishes off this flavor roller coaster ride.

We use only the highest quality ingredients and pasture-raised beef from a single source that is dry-aged for 21 days prior to jerkification to ensure complete absorption of our delicious marinade deep into the beef. All our top-quality, hormone and antibiotic free beef is sourced from Roseda Beef, a celebrated local Black Angus farm located in northern Maryland, just south of the Pennsylvania border. RF jerky is handmade and produced in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and consistency for the ultimate tasting experience.
