'Tot' Chos!

2 lbs (about 2 cups) Pulled Pork 

1 - 32 oz bag frozen tater tots

1 - 15 oz can baked beans (almost 2 cups)

2 tablespoons Knuckle Dragger Seasoning 

2 cups Shredded Cheese (about 8 oz of your favorite type)

1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce

1/2 cup sour cream

1 /2 cup chopped onion as garnish


Once the meat is cooked, (or heated up if you made it ahead of time), measure out approxiametely two cups. 

Cook the tots according to the bags directions, and don’t forget to spray the large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook until crispy.

Once your tots are cooked, remove from the oven and season the tots with Knuckle Dragger Seasoning. 

Then dress the tots with meat, baked beans and shredded cheese and return to the oven to bake at 425 for about 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Before serving, top with BBQ sauce, sour cream, and green onions.
