Party Platter

Favorite meat, cheese, & crunchy pretzels

1 bottle Tailgaters Beer Mustard

 

Arrange meat, cheese & pretzels on a platter. Pour "Tailgaters Beer Mustard" In dip dish & place in center. Use toothpicks for dipping the meat & cheese.

3 parts Tailgaters Beer Mustard to 1 part extra virgin olive oil add some real bacon bits. Warm in the microwave. Pour over lettuce and enjoy.

Sides

 

Deviled Eggs

Boil 6 eggs. Cool, peel, cut into halves, then remove the yolks & mash.

Add to mashed yolks:

1/8 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp salt

4 Tbsp mayonnaise

1 Tbsp Tailgaters Beer Mustard

 

Mix well. Fill egg whites with mixture. Chill & serve.

 

Main Course

 

Grilled Ribs {Pork or Beef}

Grill ribs like normal. Place in the pan. Pour Tailgaters Beer Mustard over the  top. Cover tightly and bake at 225 degrees for 4 hrs until tender.

 

Use Tailgaters Beer Mustard Instead of BBQ sauce on all Grilled meats. This is a GREAT change from the ordinary.

 

Baked Ham

1 Smoked Ham

1 bottle Tailgaters Beer Mustard

 

Poke large/deep holes In ham. Place in a roaster with a small amount of water. Pour Tailgaters Beer Mustard over top, then cover & bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours or until heated through.

 

This beats a honey baked ham any day.

 

Tailgaters Coney Dog Sauce

2 cups ketchup

½ cup water

â…” cup Tailgaters Beer Mustard

2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce

½ tsp hot sauce

½ tsp each salt & celery seed

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

3 lbs ground beef 

1 Small chopped onion

 

Fry and drain onion and meat, mix all the rest of the ingredients & simmer. Serve on hot dogs or as sloppy joes.

 

Kielbasa

Grill kielbasa (or sausage links). Cut Into bite size pieces & dip in Tailgaters Beer Mustard.

 

Sandwiches. Fish & Chicken

Use Tailgaters Beer Mustard In place of ketchup.

 

Tailgaters Chicken & Stuffing

4 skinless chicken breasts

1 box stuffing mix (any brand)

3 Tbsp butter or margarine

2 cups water

1 bottle Tailgaters Beer Mustard

 

Pour stuffing mix & seasoning packet Into 9" x 13" pan. Dot with butter and add water. Lay chicken breasts on top & drizzle with Tailgaters Beer Mustard. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

 

Tailgaters Baked Salmon

Combine Tailgaters Beer Mustard & hollandaise sauce. Spread over salmon and bake.

 

Beer Batter Fish

2 Tbsp Tailgaters Beer Mustard

6 eggs

1 ½ Tbsp baking powder

1 can beer

Flour as needed

 

Beat mustard eggs and beer well. Add baking powder & enough flour to make a thick batter. Dip fish In batter. Fry In hot deep grease (375) until brown. 

 

To eat - dip fried fish In "Tailgaters Beer Mustard.
