Ingredients
2 Lbs. Sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 Large bell peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Large Vidalia onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 Tbsp or more to taste Suya Yaji
12 Skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Preparation
Place beef in freezer bag. Add Suya Yaji and shake to coat. Let rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Assemble kabobs. Alternate beef, pepper, and onion. Prepare all meat skewers if desired.
Place kabobs on grill. Grill for 8-10 minutes and turn. Grill for another 8-10 minutes.
Remove from grill and serve.
