Say Goodbye to Pain

Updated: Oct 27, 2021

So Have you ever brought something almost on a whim and then it turned out to be the greatest thing ever? That happened to us with the Relax Infrared Sauna.

We were at a tradeshow in Florida setting up to talk to folks about our Rebel Herbs Brand products. This was a large chiropractor trade show but our booth was pretty simple so setup didn't take too long.

Once we finished set up we walked around the floor to see all the other companies that were showing products at this show. Around one corner we saw a guy we knew from his health food store in Ohio. Phil was building his booth which had many gadgets and such but about four of the saunas were set up and ready to go. We talked to Phil about the benefits of Infrared heat.

Phil explained that there are different types of infrared, essentially, near, medium and far. Infrared light has a range of wavelengths, just like visible light has wavelengths that range from red light to violet. "Near infrared" light is closest in wavelength to visible light and "far infrared" is closer to the microwave region of the electromagnetic spectrum. There are, in fact, known risks to near-infrared radiation exposure. More worryingly, IR-A (near and medium infrared) radiation can penetrate deeply into the skin and cause tissue damage, resulting in photoaging of the skin.

However, far infrared is part of the spectrum of light. The Relax sauna emits the highest level of pure far infrared energy of any sauna on the market. This energy increases circulation, activates mitochondrial energy production and releases heavy metals that are stored in the body's fat cells. It burns calories too!

Far infrared therapy is one of the biggest breakthroughs in the health industry. Far infrared can improve blood pressure, speed healing and improve circulation. The best thing about Far Infrared Light is that it teaches us how to heal ourselves with little more than heat and light. Far infrared energy increases the core temperature of the body, mobilizing the lymphatic system to remove heavy metals and toxins.

Research has shown that far infrared benefits include improved healing, reduced muscle soreness and long term healing from using a far infrared sauna. A pilot study of infrared sauna use in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis showed good tolerance, short-term improvement of pain and stiffness, and a trend towards long-term beneficial effects. (See the study here Clin Rheumatol. 2009 Jan; 28 (1) : 29-34)

Phil invited us to try the sauna for 5 minutes and claimed that we would feel refreshed and pain free when we got done. So we tried it out, 5 minutes and all the stiffness and pain from the flight, and setting up the booth melted away. But we are sceptics, so we tried it again and again during he 3 day trade show and ended up buying one for ourselves right off the show floor.

At the time we purchased the sauna it was back ordered and took weeks for us to get, and you know how that goes. We kind of forgot how great it was, then it arrived and we set it up to use it. We quickly remembered how we were wowed in the beginning.

Forget the science for a minute, imagine a small booth you can sit in that will instantly warm your bones up and within 10 or 15 minutes relieve pain like a heating pad for everywhere on your body at once. It sets up in just a couple of minutes and can be torn down just as easily for storing under the bed or in a closet.

Chiropractors were using these same units in their offices and charging $30 to $40 per 15 minute session. If you used it just just once a week, that's $1,560 in the first year, and believe you me you will be using it way more than once a week. Plus you have to make an appointment, drive there, talk with a staff member, get in get out pay, repeat.

The units are on sale right now at 30% off retail, just in time for the holidays and cooler weather. Each unit comes with a heating set, timer, chair, and tent, that takes just a couple of minutes to set up. Leave it up and use it daily or take it down and store it after each use. You 'll want to share it with friends and family once you feel the difference yourself. The manufacturer says that it can help with even more than pain.

The heating unit, support bars and timer are light weight and simple to use. Everything folds down for easy storage and transportation.

The chair is comfortable and folds for easy storage. It is easy to clean but I recommend that you use a bath towel over it and then just wash the towel when you are done.

The tent keeps the heat in and has arm holes that allow you to use your phone or read a book while in the sauna. This is an amazing product that we loved the minute we tried it.

To take advantage of the sale just use the link below and get one before winter gets here. They have other products on their site that we have not yet tried but this is a winner so I imagine that their other products are a similar quality.

Below are a few video interviews with people that are experiencing first hand the power of this amazing technology. They are short snippets that capture the feeling of folks as they finish a treatment.
